OUR POSITION ON YOUR DATA

We collect the minimum needed to run the products, we never sell your data, and our free tools run entirely in your browser — nothing you type into them is sent to us.

• Email address — if you subscribe to our emails or contact us
• Purchase information — name, email, and order details when you buy something. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them
• AI tool account data — email and subscription status if you use clearbound.app, plus the content you submit to the tools so they can do their job

That's the list. We don't collect anything we don't need.

The free tools on useclearbound.com — Scope Checker, Client Red Flag Scanner, Rate Reality Check, and the rest — run entirely in your browser with client-side JavaScript. Whatever you paste or type into them never leaves your device. The only exception is the optional email signup box, which sends only your email address.

• Delivering products you've purchased and managing your subscription
• Sending emails you've opted into — you can unsubscribe with one click, anytime
• Responding when you contact us
• Understanding site traffic in aggregate, so we can improve the products

We never sell or rent your data to anyone, and we don't share it with third parties except the service providers below.

When you use the ClearBound AI tools, the messages and details you submit are processed to generate your output — that's the entire purpose they're used for. Your content is not used to train AI models.

ClearBound Track stores the events you choose to log — the ten-second entries (a late payment, a scope add, a boundary test) that the health score is built from. It has no access to your inbox and reads no message threads. You can delete tracked data from your account at any time.

We rely on a small set of services to run ClearBound. Each receives only what it needs:

• Stripe — payment processing for purchases and subscriptions
• MailerLite — email list management
• Vercel — website hosting
• Supabase — AI tool accounts and data storage
• Resend — transactional email (purchase delivery, weekly digest)
• Anthropic — AI processing for the subscription tools
• Google Analytics — aggregate site and app traffic measurement

No one else. Analytics is aggregate traffic measurement only — it is not used to build a profile of you.

You can ask us at any time to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Email us and we'll handle it — no forms, no runaround. Depending on where you live (including the EU/UK under GDPR and California under CCPA), these rights may also be guaranteed by law.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. Material changes affecting subscribers will be announced by email.
