Refund Policy

All one-time purchases — individual playbooks and the Complete Bundle — are covered by the 14-day window. We ask one thing: tell us briefly why it didn't work for you. Not to argue — it's how we make the playbooks better.

Since playbooks are digital downloads, we can't take the files back. We simply trust you to delete your copies after a refund, and the license granted with the purchase ends when the refund is issued.

• First payment — refundable in full within 14 days of your first charge, if the tool isn't for you
• After that — cancel anytime; cancellation stops the next billing cycle, and access continues to the end of the period you've paid for
• Partial months — we don't prorate mid-cycle cancellations, which is why there's no contract to begin with

Bought a playbook through Gumroad? The same 14-day window applies. Email us with your Gumroad receipt and we'll process the refund through Gumroad's system.

• Include your order number or receipt (Stripe or Gumroad)
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank
